Disneyland in Deep - Thursday

We got going early this morning - by 10 o'clock - and the day has been marked by waiting in line. Here we are waiting in line. We skipped the rides that had really long lines, like the Nemo line which was at least a 90 minute wait today.







We started with some sedate rides, revisiting flying Dumbo and trying Mr Toads Wild Road for the first time. Then we wen on the Mad Hatters Tea Party but Sienna and I couldn't get the teacups to spin as fast as we can back home!

We had a quick snack for lunch before Sienna mastered the light sabre with a Jedi Master.

We hopped on the Disneyland Railway and circumnavigated the park, seeing the Grand Canyon as it is now and as it was in Dinosaur times (few too many animals packed in there, Walt!)

Some shopping followed. Sienna purchased a princess costume with some of her money and was very happy to finally have it after having had to wait a whole day.

Back to the hotel for a short rest and some princess costume modelling. Then we met up with Peter, Gina, Clare and Sam for some Mexican food.

We finished the evening with a rollercoaster road on The Matterhorn. Stephanie and Sienna chose to go on Star Tours. We all really enjoyed the rides!
